By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the ggg7 platform available at ggg7.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. ggg7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your ggg7 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggg7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. While ggg7 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary outages for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control may occur.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ggg7's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your ggg7 account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

ggg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising between you and ggg7 that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ggg7 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ggg7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.

The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date clearly indicated at the top of the document. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 above. Closing your account under these circumstances will not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the effective date of the amendment.
